What is the Digital Enterprise Africa?

We are a Digital Skills Development, Research, Innovation and Entrepreneurship ecosystem which has been formed by the Alumni of the Institute for Satellite and Software Applications (ISSA).

Our Mission is to build new talent for leveraging data and ICTs, and to build a strong distributed network of innovators, whose entrepreneurial energy would meet the educational, social and service delivery challenges of our continent.

Calling all companies who wish to host our trainees

The Digital Enterprise Africa (DEA) works with the National Electronic Media Institute of SA (NEMISA) to facilitate opportunities for young people to receive Microsoft qualifications such as:

Azure Data Fundamentals
Azure AI Fundamentals
AI Edge Engineer
Azure Management & Governance

The Digital Enterprise Africa is therefore requesting companies who wish to host these trainees (with the option of employing them). The DEA does not provide any stipends, transport or equipment to the trainees. We seek to work with companies who are committed to enhancing the skills of these young people, who wish to develop a good-faith partnership with the DEA, and who will treat and train these young people according to the level of excellence which a future Africa requires.
